UPD Arrest NYS Parolee Following Home Robbery
Utica, NY (WIBX) - An investigation into a home robbery on September 24th in Utica has led to the arrest of a suspect. Utica police say they arrested 25-year-old Christopher Marino of Noyes Street and charged him with Petit Larceny–a misdemeanor, and Burglary–a felony. The suspect is accused of entering a residence on Noyes Street and making off with the homeowners television. Officials say Marino is also a New York State parolee.
