UPD Arrest Teen For Shots Fired Incident

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Utica Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division continues to investigate Monday's "shots fired" incident that happened on Wager St and Schuyler St. Today, they charged 19-year old Victor Jones with criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, along with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. The investigation continues.
