UPD Arrests Woman For Criminal Trespass

A Utica woman was arrested last night after UPD responded to a home on Court Street for a complaint.

The owner said he came home to find a woman allegedly defecating on his fenced in lawn. He also said to officers that he had told the woman to stay off his property before.

UPD arrested Tyra Ivins, 55, and charged her with criminal trespass.
