UPD: Clinton Man Arrested For Exposing His Genitals At Pedestrian

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Clinton man is under arrest facing a sex crime charge, for allegedly exposing his genitals and yelling sexually explicit comments at a pedestrian in Utica. The arrest follows an investigation that revealed, 21-year-old Ryan Hanna of Berkley Drive, pulled his blue Cadillac alongside the victim, exposed himself, and asked for oral sex. Utica police say the incident occurred near the Focus Rehabilitation Center.

The woman told police that she yelled at Hanna who then fled the scene. Hanna was subsequently located and taken into custody charged with Public Lewdness, a misdemeanor.
