UPD: Domestic Violence, Foot Chase Landed Suspect In Jail

Utica, NY (WIBX) - An early morning arrest landed a Utica man in jail facing several charges. The incident allegedly started with a domestic violence dispute, that subsequently lead to a foot chase with police officers.

According to the official report, the incident occurred around 2:30 this morning at 1016 Hess Lane, when the suspect supposedly grabbed his girlfriend, causing her to sustain minor injuries such as scratches and bruises.
