UPD Enforcing No Parking Rule During Weekend Festival

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police Chief, Mark Williams is announcing an emergency No Parking rule in parts of the City during the St. Cosmo Damian Festival this weekend.  Williams says, effective Immediately, motorists may not park on Tilden Avenue from Catherine to Mary Streets.

He says there will be a Zero Tolerance enforcement in place due to the large volume of vehicles expected in the area for the festival. The No Parking rule is in effect immediately until 8:00 p.m., September 30.
