Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are investigating an early morning robbery. It happened around 1:40 this morning near Arthur and Miller Streets in Utica.

The 18-year-old victim--who police describe as mentally disabled--was walking in the area when several men surrounded him. One of them allegedly took his money after going through his pockets. The group fled the scene after the robbery.

Police say the suspects are all black, and the perpetrator who took the victims money had on a blue and white stripped shirt. Anyone with information is asked to call UPD at (315) 223-3510 or (315)534-1229.
