UPD Looking For Soap Bandit

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police are looking for help locating a man who made off with about $270 worth of Dove soap from the Price Chopper on Genesee Street. Officials say the theft occurred around 11:10 p.m. on January 29th and anyone with information is asked to contact UPD at (315) 223-3515 or (315) 223-3500.

Police say all calls will be kept confidential.
