UPD Makes Arrest In Burglary Investigation

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are reporting the arrest of a suspect allegedly responsible for a burglary that happened in August of last year. According to officials, the suspect, 39-year-old David Benner of Utica is accused of stealing several lawn care items from a home he was hired to do maintenance work at.

After their investigation, police charged him with felony Grand Larceny. Police say Benner stole the following items from the homeowners garage: Toro blower/vac - Craftsman snow blower-Lawn Vac, and a Black and Decker chain saw.
