UPD Making Good On Threat To Ticket Those Who Don’t Use Sidewalks
Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police officials are making good on their promise to ticket those who fail to use the city’s sidewalks. Around 12:57 a.m. today, officials say they arrested 48-year-old Kristyne Marks of John Street in Utica. They say the arrest happened in the area of South Street and Howard Ave.
Marks is charged with Loitering for the Purpose of Engaging in Prostitution, and was also ticketed for failing to use the sidewalk. The suspect will answer the charges at a later date in Utica City Court.
