UPD: Man Attacks Woman While Holding Toddler
Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is in police custody for attacking the mother of his children while holding one of the minors in his arms. According to the report, 19 year old Jordan Johnson, who had an order of protection against him, is facing several domestic violence charges including a felony, for his role in the incident at 1620 Oneida Street around 6:00 p.m. yesterday.
Police say Johnson is also accused of dropping the 3 year old child while continuing to strike his ex-girlfriend. He's charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, Two Counts of Harassment in the Second Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The suspect will face the charges at a later date in Utica City Court.
