After the officers observed a broken window, and the man with a flash light and knapsack ransacking the home, they called for back up to apprehend him. Police say, they subsequently arrested 41-year-old Souksakhone Donsavanh of Noyes Street and charged him with 2nd Degree Burglary, a Class C Felony and Possession of Burglar Tools, a Misdemeanor.
