UPD: Sex Offender Arrested for Rape, Burglary

Utica, NY (WIBX) - According to authorities, a registered sex offender was arrested by Utica Police after they say he unlawfully entered the apartment of a female and forceably had sex with her.

Police say 45-year old Dennis Lotoski was charged with Rape in the first degree, that's a class B felony and Burglary in the second degree, a class C felony.

According to Utica Police, Lotoski is a registered Level 3 Sex Offender.
