UPDATE: Watson Place Shooting Victim Dies; Utica’s First Homicide Of 2011

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police say the 22 year-old man shot on Watson Place Monday night has died from his injuries. Around 11:30 last night, Reginald Davis was shot several times, and sustained at least one gunshot wound to the head, police said.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Utica police, 315-223-3510.
