UPD Special Ops Unit Apprehend Kansas Fugitive

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Metro and Special Operations Unit reported the arrest of a woman wanted on a fugitive warrant in Wichita Kansas. Officials say 40-year-old Tammy Jo-Lynne Duarte was taken into custody near Clinton Place and Genesee Street in Utica. Duarte is wanted by the Sedgwick County Sheriffs Department on a drug related warrant.
