UPD: Suspected Drug Dealer Nabbed At Traffic Stop
Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are reporting the arrest of a suspected drug dealer. They say it follows an extensive investigation into the sale and distribution of drugs.
The suspect, 37-year-old Fabian Rivera was taken into custody when police spotted him driving near Seymour Avenue recently. Rivera was taken to jail on multiple felony drug charges, including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. According to officials, the investigation was led by UPD’s Metro Unit who executed a search warrant and discovered the illegal items on the suspect.
