Utica, NY (WIBX) - Asphyxia due to drowning is the official cause of death for the Utica man found dead in Reall's Creek last week.

Utica police say toxicology results show 35-year-old Todd Hogan had a BAC of 0.293.

Hogan's body was found in the creek along North Genesee Street on Wednesday.

Police have not said how or why they believe Hogan ended up in the water.
