Utica Brewers To Host Syracuse Salt Cats In Home Opener

Utica, NY (WIBX) – In less than a week, the Utica Brewers will start their 2012 baseball season with a home game against the Syracuse Salt Cats.

The defending national champion’s home opener begins with a 5 p.m. Happy Hour on the new Saranac Party Deck. At 7 p.m. the team’s ceremonial first pitch will be thrown.

The first 500 fans to show up at Donovan Stadium will receive a team schedule from Hannaford, and following the game, a fireworks display will be held.
