Utica City Council Cup To Raise Money For Youth Bureau

The Utica Common Council is organizing the City of Utica Council Cup to benefit the Youth Bureau.

The bureau provides activities for city residents under the age of eighteen, and has been the victim of budget cuts over the years.  Councilwoman Samantha Colosimo-Testa said in a press release this morning, "Through tough economic times it is best that the City of Utica find ways to help support one another in the time of need.”
