Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica will be getting two new fire trucks next year, that after the Common Council approved the lease-purchase agreement at their last meeting. The two trucks, an aerial and a pumper, will cost the city $1.6 million over the next ten years, the money to pay for the new apparatus will come out of the city's Fire budget. The new vehicles are expected to be put into service by the end on 2012.
