Utica Common Council Candidate Doug Joslin Appears In Court

The Utica Common Council candidate accused of stalking his opponent was in Utica City Court today.

Doug Joslin is charged with stalking after allegedly threatening and harassing Samantha Colosimo-Testa and her family.

Josllin told the court he's representing himself in the case.

Judge John Balzano adjourned the case so Joslin can file motions and the Oneida County Distirct Attorney's Office can respond.

He'll be back in court on December 7th.
