Utica Council Asks State To Get Involved In GroWest Investigation

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Utica Common Council has passed a resolution calling for the State Comptroller, State Attorney General and the U.S Department of Justice to launch an investigation into GroWest.

Councilman Jm Zecca says the resolution must now be signed by the Mayor before moving forward.

Attorney JK Hage issued a report in 2010 that highlighted financial irregularities at GroWest, but Zecca says there are still no answers.
