Utica, NY (WIBX) - Two Utica Councilmen want the State Attorney General's Office and the State Comptroller's Office to get involved in the GroWest investigation.

Councilmen Jim Zecca and Frank Vescera say it's been over two years since the investigation began and there are still no answers.

For the third year in a row, Zecca and Vescera will introduce a resolution at Wednesday night's Common Council meeting, callingr the state agencies to get involved.

Attorney JK Hage issued a report in 2010 that highlighted financial irregularities at GroWest, a non-profit housing agency.

Zecca and Vescera say since that time, no criminal charges have been filed.
