Utica Declares Snow Emergency For Second Day In A Row

For the second day in a row the City of Utica has declared a snow emergency.
Starting tonight at 10, all vehicles must be of city streets and roads so snow removal vehicles and emergency services can pass through safely.
Vehicles still parked on the streets after the curfew will be subject to ticket and towing at the owner’s expense.
Officials say the snow emergency will remain in effect until further notice.
