Utica Declares Snow Emergency For Second Night

Gino Geruntino, WIBX

Utica, NY (WIBX) – The City of Utica has declared a snow emergency again for tonight, starting at 10.

All cars parked on the roads must be removed in order for plows to clear snow and emergency vehicles to pass through.

Any cars left on the streets after 10 p.m. may be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.

Heavy snowfall and slippery roads have prompted the city government to issue the emergencies both last night and tonight. It will remain in effect until further notice.
