Utica Fire crews are on the scene of a fully involved fire at 763/765 Bleecker Street.

As of this writing, firefighters are battling the blaze that looks to be contained to the third floor of the building in 10 degree weather with wind chills making things even tougher.

Crews twice looked as if they had the fire contained, but each time the flames looked like they were receding, new spots would pop up and the fire eventually spread over to the right side of the building while still burning hot through the roof.

Multiple fire trucks were called, including a ladder truck you can see in the video below being used to douse the flames from above.

Fire Marshal Raymond Centolella couldn't comment on a cause of the fire, but he did say that everyone in the building made it out safe.
