The City of Utica has a new mobile app.

UTICA 311 was officially launched today.

Mayor Robert Palmieri says the app will serve as a convenient way for residents to report issues to the correct city departments.  All reported issues will be automatically routed to the correct department so residents don’t have to guess what department to contact to report an issue.

Palmieri said, “Making City government more accessible and responsive to the people has been a mission of my Administration and the launch of the UTICA 311 app helps us to further achieve this goal.”

UTICA 311 will keep residents up to date on the status of their reported issue, as well as provide connections to important city websites.

Officials want to stress UTICA 311 is not an emergency response tool.

The free app is available for Andriod and iOS devices.
