Utica Man, 38, Identified as Victim in Fatal Motorcycle Crash

A 38-year-old Utica man has been identified as the victim in a motorcycle crash Tuesday night on the North-South Arterial.

Police say Matthew Owens died after crashing in the one vehicle accident as he was traveling southbound on Route 12.  An accident reconstruction team is still investigating, police said.

A portion of Route 12 south was closed Wednesday morning as authorities remained on the scene.
