Utica Man Accused Of Selling Heroin To Undercover Officer

A Utica man is facing charges for allegedly selling heroin to an undercover police officer.

Utica Police say 21-year old Tony Huynh sold the drug to the officer during an investigation into the sale of heroin on  West Street

He was charged with criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
