Utica Man Arrested After Dispute At Kennedy Apartments

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing charges after a domestic incident at the Kennedy Plaza Apartments.
According to UPD officials, last night around 7:40 p.m., officers met with a woman who said she had been in an argument with her boyfriend, Freddie Linen, 30, who lived in the apartment complex.
During the argument, Linen spit in the woman's face, and broke her headboard and dresser.
Police arrested Linen, charging him with misdemeanor criminal mischief and a harassment violation.
