Utica Man Arrested After Fight On Rutger Street

A Utica man is facing several charges after police responded to a call about a fight on Rutger Street Monday night.

UPD officers arrived on the scene where witnesses said a man was allegedly threatening people with a handgun from a vehicle that was still in the area.

After searching the vehicle, police arrested James P. Ware for possession of a .22 caliber handgun, and two counts of menacing.
