Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing numerous charges following a report of shots fired at Spring and Huntington Streets.Utica Police say when they arrived, 37-year old Carl Johnson ran from a house into Camacho's Bar.

Several officers entered the bar and located Johnson inside.

The officers then checked the bar for any weapons and located a loose ceiling tile in the bathroom.

They say a baggie fell from the ceiling which contained 5 smaller bags of crack cocaine.

Police say Johnson had a 9mm round in his pocket.

The officers then checked the area and found seven spent 9mm rounds in the street and surrounding area.

A search warrant was executed at Johnson's home, where police say they found a loaded 9mm handgun and drugs.

Johnson was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
