Utica Man Arrested After Stealing Baby Formula

A Park Avenue man was arrested for allegedly stealing baby formula from a Utica grocery store.

Utica Police say Stanley Ruszala, 52, walked into the Price Chopper on Genesee Street shortly after midnight Saturday morning.

When officers arrived, store security told them Ruszala took eight cans of Enfamil formula, hid them in his jacket and left the store without paying.

He was taken into custody and charged with Petit Larceny.
