Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was arrested for the second time in one week, following a traffic stop on State Street in Utica.

According to the Utica Police Department, officers stopped a vehicle passing a stop sign. The 17 year-old driver  failed to produce his license, saying the vehicle was not his but belonged to someone else in the car.

Smelling marijuana, the officer checked the car, finding two glass tubes used to smoke crack cocaine.

The other occupants of the vehicle, Mark Morey, 28, of Erie Street, and Robert White, 56, of Vernon, were arrested and charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. White was also charged with a traffic summons, as was the 17 year-old driver.
