Utica Man Arrested Following Traffic Stop

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police say they arrested a man following a traffic stop on the 600 block of Schuyler Street last night. According to the report, 20-year-old Richard Snyder of Utica was allegedly found in possession of illegal drugs after he was pulled over for failing to signal.

Police charged Snyder with Criminal and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was also ticketed for the traffic violation. The suspect was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date in Utica City Court.
