Utica Man Arrested For Forcibly Touching Disabled Woman

Utica Police arrested a man they say allegedly inappropriately touched a developmentally disabled woman on a bus.
Officials say Joseph Berg, 47, of Elm Street, intentionally touched the woman on February 12th, while serving as a bus aide for a local company.
The victim said Berg continued to touch her and taunted her by saying he would pour soda on her head, and when she asked him to stop, he said, “Ha-ha.”
Berg is charged with one misdemeanor count of forcible touching.
