Utica Man Arrested For Having Sexual Contact With A Child

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child under the age of 17.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 72-year old Clarence Pugh had sex with a 16-year old in Utica.  Pugh was arraigned in the City of Utica and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Jail on bail.

The victim has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
