Utica Man Arrested For Menacing

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing charges for allegedly threatening another man with a gun.

Utica Police say it happened during an argument at the intersection of Bleecker and Nichols Streets.

Police say they found 39-year old Jamie Leyton Ospina in possession of a chrome-colored BB gun.

Ospina was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.
