Utica Man Arrested For Murder Threats
Utica, NY - A Utica man is facing charges for allegedly threatening to kill two people with a sawed-off shotgun.
Utica Police say 19-year old Tyjuan Howard went to a home on Cottage Place with the shotgun and threatened to kill a man and his brother. Howard then left the house running towards Lincoln Avenue and was later arrested in the area of State Street and Cottage Place. Officers recovered a black bag near the crime scene containing numerous shotgun shells.
Howard was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
