Utica Man Arrested For Possession, Sale of Heroin

Utica Police arrested a Catherine Street man following an investigation regarding the alleged selling of heroin.

According to the city's METRO Narcotics Unit, Joshua Tripple, 35, was selling the drugs out of his apartment.

Tripple is charged with two felony and one misdemeanor counts of criminal possession, along with one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
