Utica Man Arrested For Raping 16-Year-Old Girl

A Utica man has been arrested and charged with Rape and a Criminal Sexual Act, both Felonies.

According to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, 21-year-old Trevon Brown was allegedly involved in an incident with a 16-year-old girl in the Fall of 2018.

Brown was remanded to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, an order of protection has been requested for the victim against him, and the victim has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.

The New York State Police assisted in the investigation and arrest.
