Utica Man Arrested For Sexual Abuse

A Utica man is accused of sexual abusing a child for the past three years.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center have arrested Heriberto Santos and charged him with predatory sexual abuse of a child.

Santos is being held without bail in the county jail.

The case has been turned over to the District Attorney's Office for grand jury consideration.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
