Utica Man Arrested For Stealing Ex-Girlfriend’s Credit Cards
Utica, NY (WIBX) – Utica Police arrested a man yesterday for stealing and using his ex-girlfriend’s credit cards. Earlier this month the victim reported the theft to police and after an investigation, officials identified the suspect as 34-year old Joseph Guilford of Lansing Street in Utica.
Police also learned that the victim had an Order of Protection against the suspect. Guilford was arrested and charged with several felonies ranging from, Criminal Contempt, Identity Theft, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification Information. Guilford was also charged with 2 counts of Petit Larceny.
