Utica Man Accused Of Stealing Neighbor’s Property
Utica, NY (WIBX) – A Utica man is facing felony burglary charges for stealing from his neighbor.
Officials say they responded to the burglary call on Wetmore Street around 8PM last night and subsequently charged 46-year old Ron Tarkenton with felony Burglary and misdemeanor Petit Larceny. After their investigation, police say they uncovered the stolen property in Tarkenton’s apartment, which is located in the same building the theft occurred. Utica Police say the suspect stole the property from his neighbor and will face the charges at a later date in court.
