Utica Man Arrested For Violating “Stay Away” Order

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police say they arrested a man for violating an order of protection yesterday. Officials say, 75 year old Phien Vu violated a family court "Stay Away" order of protection for making his way to his wife's apartment on Jay Street in Utica, where he was subsequently arrested. Vu is charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, and will face the charge at a later date in Utica City Court.
