Utica Man Arrested On Assault Charges

A Utica man is facing charges after allegedly throwing hot grease onto a man and woman.

52-year old Robert Dexter is charged with two counts of assault.

Utica Police say the incident at a home on Court Street stemmed from a dispute the previous day.

The two victims suffered extensive burns.

They were treated at the scene and then taken to a local hospital.
