Utica Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

A Utica man has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center into the possession and uploading of child pornography.

48-year old Jeffrey Clem is charged with multiple counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child, both felonies.

The arrest stems from a search warrant that was executed at Clem’s home on Wednesday

Several electronic devices were seized from Clem's residence for further forensic examination.

The investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.
