Utica Man Arrested On Drug Charges

A two-month long investigation has led to the arrest of a Utica man on drug charges.

35-year old Devon Wilkins is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

State Police say they found crack cocaine, a scale and packaging materials after searching a home on Hawthorne Avenue.

Police say Wilkins was out on bail from a drug arrest in February.
