Utica Man Arrested On Drug Charges

A Utica man has been arrested after he was allegedly seen selling drugs from a laundry mat on the 1600 block of Oneida Street.

Utica Police have charged 46-year old Jose Roca with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say Roca was in possession of 117 envelopes of heroin and a large sum of cash at the time of his arrest.
