Utica Man Arrested On Drug Charges

Utica, NY (WIBX) -State Police have arrested a Utica man on drug charges.

Troopers say 50-year old Milton Ortiz was stopped on Taylor Avenue in Utica and
was found to be in possession of numerous bags of heroin packaged for sale.

Ortiz was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and sent to
the Oneida County jail on $30,000 bail.

Police say the investigation is continuing and further arrests are pending.
